The Pagoda Hotel, a Perfect Local Getaway

If you are looking for a five-star hotel in Hawaii then this is not the hotel for you. For $90 dollars a night you can book yourself a local favorite.

Why we like it so much? For convenience. Parking is only $7 a night compared to $15/night and above in Waikiki. Besides, they have an awesome restaurant located downstairs and a snack shop. Pagoda Hotel Online Reservations

Like I mentioned before, this is not a five-star hotel. You may find lots of things wrong with this hotel. But, it is a place to stay within a budget.

The rooms are definitely larger than the clostrophobic rooms I've stayed in at Waikiki for the same price. Staying at a discount hotel in Waikiki is my last resort.

The Pagoda Hotel Floating Restaurant

The Pagoda Hotel is popular for it's Prime Rib buffet dinners with crab legs. It's buffet restaurant floats above a serene koi filled pond, in a beautifully designed Japanese garden oasis.

Private, outdoor gazebos overlooking the koi pond are ready for your next family gathering.

Mere words cannot describe it's beauty and enjoyment for both children and adults.

Shopping Conveniently Located Near Pagoda

One other, very important reason locals tend to favor the Pagoda Hotel is because it is conveniently located to all the major shops in Hawaii.

Just across the street is the ROSS outlet store. Wonderful place to find brand item bargain deals.

Another giant discount store recenlty built in the area is Walmart and Sam's club. Within that complex you will find, Jamba Juice, Starbucks Coffee, L&L Drive Inn, McDonalds, everything is within a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel.

And just one block down the road is the Ala Moana Shopping Center.

So, if you don't care for glamour and glitz. But, want economy and convenience I recommend Hawaii's local favorite hotel.
